Manor House Neu Falkenhagen
The Neu Falkenhagen estate, just as the neighbouring Gut Alt Falkenhagen, estate to the north, was a municipal estate in possession of the town of Waren.
Neu Falkenhagen was formerly an old property of the von Krassow family. The manor house, a single-storey brick building above a high granite cellar, was built in 1891. The tenants of the estate in 1908 were A. Seer and O. Schulze in 1913/24. The last tenant of the estate until 1945 was H. Krüger, at that time the estate covered 427 hectares.
After 1945, the manor house was used for residential purposes and as a school. During the GDR era changes were made to the entrance porch and to the rear of the manor house. After 1990, the listed manor house was managed and rented out by the Waren housing association. It has been privately owned and inhabited since 2004. Of the former estate a stable has been preserved, further buildings were demolished despite being listed.
The former park has been divided into allotments.
