Manor house Alt Bartelsdorf
Built in country house style the manor house Alt Bartelsdorf was constructed between 1910 and 1920. In 1914 the 241 hectare property belonged to the city of Rostock as a municipal estate.
Hermann Kayatz was the tenant. After 1945 the plastered brick building was used as a kindergarten, it housed the council office and a history parlour.
Nowadays it is a residential building, as well as headquarters to a commercial company.
