Waldberg Manor House
Waldberg is part of the city of Demmin and lies a few kilometers north. The estate complex “Waldenberg” was laid out before 1835.
In 2009 the piano teachers and pianists Svitlana and Gundolf Semrau acquired the dilapidated manor house and refurbished it. Afterwards irregular public concerts were presented here on a beautiful old Bechstein grand piano, among other instruments.
Simone and Markus Brentrup took possession of the house in 2021; it is still privately used, but as a studio and gallery. There will be a concept store for Scandinavian design and the hall is open as a project room and for artisanal work.
